• Co-Authoring:  WebEx Social integrates Microsoft Office and thereby enables co-authoring via desktop.  However, mobile users can access WebEx Social via web browsers.  Mobile users can user annotation tools.

EVA: Although mobile learners co-author in WebEx Social, the extra step of logging into an application in a web browser creates dead air.  Co-authoring in a mobile web browser is also not ideal because learners must contend with scalability issues that increase the risk of altering live content unintentionally. Mobile learners can alter content with annotation tools, but cannot create new content in a mobile session.
